Getting ready for college means planning and making some very important decisions early.  To get into college, you must take the right courses and have good grades. The right courses include math classes, such as Algebra and Geometry. English, Science, History or Geography are also courses that you should take each year. A foreign language is usually required for admission by most colleges.

Next, get involved in “extra-curricular” activities such as community service, music, drama, art, and sports. Colleges look for well-rounded students.
